(Senior) UI/UX Designer (d/f/m)

This job offering is welcoming full time and part time applications for our office in Berlin and Hamburg.

We are a highly motivated and international team of 7 product designers, working in cross-functional agile teams, to develop amazing, functional and elegant user experiences that solve major urban mobility challenges. We run on Figma, ZeroHeight, and ProtoPie.

As a Senior UX/UI Designer (d/f/m) you will drive conceptual development, direction, and delivery of the user experience and interface design to create products that engage and inspire. You craft experiences that are radically simple and functionally elegant.

You have a strong understanding of human-centered design as well as best practices and trends for mobile apps. You are an innovative problem solve who excels in a collaborative, agile environment and works with attention to detail throughout all your work

Your Responsibilities
  • Concept and design functional and elegant user interfaces for native mobile apps - iOS and Android platforms

  • Drive and own the user experience, user interface and visual design for specific product features

  • Collaborate closely with other designers, product owners and developers to take your designs from a concept to a final product

  • Create flows, wireframes, design mockups, prototypes (low/hi-fidelity), and other deliverables

  • Participate and support in user research and testing sessions 

Your Profile
  • Extensive experience with native app design for iOS and Android: UX and UI patterns and components

  • Strong understanding of Design Systems: Strengths, weaknesses, and how to leverage them for scalability

  • Experience of working with user centered design processes, interpreting and acting on user research findings 

  • Familiarity with micro animations and ability to create high fidelity prototypes

  • Ability to optimize workflows for design assets management and handover to developers

  • Excellent communication skills in English as well as good communication skills in German
